Public Institution Regional Social Center «Renașterea»

The Public Institution Regional Social Center «Renașterea» was established by the decision of the Chișinău Municipal Council no. 1/10 of January 25, 2012, and its activity officially started on February 27, 2013.

The Center operates under the coordination of the General Directorate of Medical and Social Assistance of the Chișinău Municipal Council (according to Decision no. 6/10 of June 14, 2022). Its activity is carried out in accordance with Government Decision no. 1010 of August 26, 2016, Minimum Quality Standards, the provisions of local public authorities and all relevant legislation.

Purpose and Objectives of the Center

Based on Decision no. 1010 of 26.08.2016, the main purpose of our center is to improve the quality of life and promote the social inclusion of people affected by HIV/AIDS.

To achieve this purpose, we focus on the following specific objectives:

Ensuring access to complex and personalized social services.
Supporting social integration and the ability of individuals and families to overcome the consequences of HIV/AIDS infection.
Providing psychological support and counseling to strengthen personal resilience.
Offering information and legal assistance to protect the rights of beneficiaries.
Promoting a non-discriminatory environment and a constructive community attitude toward vulnerable people.
